citizens, elected officials, legislative bodies, and criminal justice
personnel
of the current crime prevention programs and techniques necessary for
reducing
crime.
5. To focus
attention on local, regional, state, and national issues and concerns.
6. To
encourage public education and training in crime prevention techniques
and in
the resolution of community problems.
